We are open from Monday to Friday 6:30-16:30,
Saturday 6:30-8:00 (for pickups) and Sunday 15:00-16:30 (for drop-offs).

We do not deliver. However, we can arrange for a subcontractor to deliver the equipment to you at  additional cost.

Pick-ups are on weekdays from 6:30 until 8:00.
Drop-offs between 15:30 and 16:30 on weekdays or at any time agreed upfront. Late fees may apply after 16:30.

Calling us is not necessary unless you want to arrange a different drop off time that is outside of our standard drop off times or if you want to extend your rental period. In this case, please call us at least four hours before the end of your rental period.

Yes, all our equipment is insured appropriately. However, the customer is responsible for the excess amount payable which is not covered by the insurance.

Yes. The customer is responsible for all toll charges incurred during the use of equipment and vehicles.

The typical rental period starts at 6:30 and ends at 16:30. Standard hire rates do not include 24-hour operation. Additional charges may apply if equipment is used more than 8 hours per day.
Please remember to leave sufficient time for yourself to clean the machine and fill the tank before handing it back to us.

All equipment is delivered with a full fuel tank. Refueling is not included in the rental fee and additional charges to refuel will apply.
